As compensation, we were offered spa services, but only for one person, even though we were staying as a couple. It took two days of attempting to resolve the situation with the hotel's management, but the issues were never fully addressed. Upon checking into the villa, we encountered several issues: lack of cleaning, a broken lamp, and a bathroom and jacuzzi with mold. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. We decided to book the villa, presented as the hotel's best room. I chose this hotel, attracted by its high rating and promises of five-star service. The employees are unworthy of Turkey, 3 quarters should be fired, they are not even at the level of Egypt, bored, few, they are not attentive.before they were much more attentive, they had a good vibe, now honestly they should be fired! I read before the vacation also on TripA that everyone was talking about 1 employee (Mohamed Oz, sorry if I'm wrong) I thought he was paying to write about him or he was asking customers to write this until a few days later, when we were served by some bored people, who they forgot what to bring, they left, they never came back, the boy appeared with a good vibe, who served us nicely, he behaved worthy of Turkey and he has nothing to look for in that hotel, he should go to a more established hotel! Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, only if they paid a maximum of 1000 euros per person more, this hotel is no longer worth it, and that's only because of the employees!… Drinks ok, even if you pay them their best whiskey being Chivas 12 YO (so let's not say 5 stars). Those who take care of the events and the animation team are very involved, they really give life to the hotel, if it weren't for them it would be a mediocre hotel. It was my 3rd time back after 6 years! The hotel has been kept OK, the rooms are as beautiful and clean, the reception area should be renovated a little! Very good and varied food. Whether you’re travelling for business, pleasure or both, Adam & Eve Hotel is sure to make your visit to Belek one worth remembering.
